Our Head Start program aims to improve equality of opportunity and break down barriers faced by under-represented groups when entering the legal profession.


The initiative ensures school and university students facing social, cultural, or economic challenges are able to access long-term, practical support. The program depends on collaboration with universities and other educational centers, our clients, community partners, and, of course, our people. We work with students for up to five years, providing financial assistance and a tailored course of mentoring, training, and internships, designed to develop their skills, confidence, and networks. After finishing, students are linked to our global graduate recruitment program and join our alumni network. our lawyers are working pro bono to promote the Rule of Law by strengthening civil society and building capacity and supporting Access to Justice, particularly for children and asylum seekers. Currently, we are working on a variety of projects and programs. Those details below are just a small percentage of our overall work, but they highlight some of the many ways in which we are fighting for justice and tackling unmet legal needs.
